Exchanges can be made within 7 Days of receiving package NO Exceptions.

You must notify Eliana Co by email or Instagram to let us know you would like to process an exchange.

All items must be on its original packaging and tags must be attached.

Eliana Co is not responsible for any lost packaging marked delivered according to tracking.

 

Please insert a copy of your invoice and reason for exchange, you are responsible for re-shipping cost.
